Helping You Turn “Knowing” Into “Doing”
As a nutritionist, counsellor, and personal trainer who’s been working in the wellbeing space for over 15 years, I know that most people already have a good idea of what they should do for their health and wellbeing — but the real struggle is making it stick. That’s where I come in. I combine nutrition, counselling, and behavioural science to help you build healthy body and mind habits. My clients range from tweens to adults seeking all different kinds of support; general counselling, mood management, goal setting, nutritional interventions, post-natal health, neurodiversity mental health and more, but one thing remains the same with all my clients, we start with the basics of nutritional and physical health and then dive deeper into the emotions, beliefs, attitudes, and experiences that drive meaningful change.
