Hi, I’m Karen
I’ve spent over 15 years working in the wellbeing space in one capacity or another, from early days as a personal trainer to more recently in nutrition and counselling. Over the years, I’ve supported people of all ages – from teenagers navigating the pressures of school and friendships, to adults juggling careers, family, and their own health – helping them create real, lasting change.
What I’ve learned is this: many people already know what they “should” do to improve their nutrition or mental health. The real challenge lies in the how — building habits that last and finding the motivation to keep going when life gets messy. That’s where I come in.
I draw on principles from behavioural science, as well as my education and experience in nutrition and counselling, to bridge the gap between good intentions and sustainable action. Nutrition forms the foundation of my work, supporting both body and mind, while my counselling is trauma-informed to ensure a safe, supportive space for growth. Using approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help people connect with their values, build psychological flexibility, and take practical steps toward the life they want.
My goal is to guide you toward not just knowing what to do — but actually doing it, in a way that fits your real life.
