As a Nutritionist and Counsellor, I help clients develop healthy habits that align with their values and goals. We start by looking at the foundation of good mental health - nutrition, and then build in habits that support healthy mental wellbeing. My counselling is trauma-informed, creating a safe and supportive space for exploring challenges, building resilience, and strengthening coping skills. I guide people in connecting with what matters most, developing psychological flexibility, and taking practical steps toward a richer, more meaningful life.
